This is a great view of how the top really floats from standing view. What is holding it together? The apronless undercarriage supports the table top completely.
Bottom up view of Sapele and Wenge modern craftsman table. My favorite view just might be this bottom up angle.
Every angle gives you something to look at. The horizontal front view really shows you how much negative space there is in this design. Just the right amount of overhang!
